Specifications and Materials - Curtains will conform to the specifications, fabric designs, styles and method of manufacture as described on this website and in our brochures and literature. We reserve the right to change the prices and specifications shown in our literature, and in the event of such a change, you will be informed when we receive your order.
Fabric Colour – We strongly advise you to request an actual fabric sample from us prior to placing an order as colours shown on different computer monitors can vary greatly and we aim for all of our clients to be 100% happy with the product.
Applicable Law – This website is operated under UK Law which will be the applicable law for any contracts entered into between us. These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time and will apply to any subsequent orders placed by you.
Prices - Prices quoted on this website are not binding on the Company until confirmed in writing. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. If the rate of VAT changes between the time you receive the price list and the time your order is received by us, the difference will be payable or refundable as appropriate when we receive your order. Prices will only be binding on us if given in writing. Prices do not include Postage and Packing.
Sizing – Curtains and other products will be made to size within normal commercial tolerances. Sizes quoted for fabric widths and finished items should be considered approximate.

 Products are made to measure and bespoke to your chosen design and specific measurements, they cannot be resold. Therefore it is important that you are sure of your order details before you place an Order with Us. Please note that bespoke and made to measure curtains and blinds may not be returned or exchanged. Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refund will be given if your order cannot be completed. All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer. The goods must be returned to us within 7 days. Orders placed by credit or debit card will only be refunded to the card used to originally make the purchase.If in the unlikely made to measure curtains or blinds you have ordered are faulty, then a claim can only be made 7 days after the order has been received. If the fabric has been cut it cannot be returned or claims cannot be accepted even if the fabric is faulty.  

Availability - If any goods or services cease to be available after receipt of your order, we shall notify you and will either refund any payments made, or agree an alternative to which you are satisfied with.

Parties to the Contract - For clarity, in these terms and conditions ‘we, us’ or ‘the company’ is SEWING BOUTIQUE , and ‘you’ is the person named on the order form.
Domestic use – Curtains, blinds and other products are suitable for domestic use. If they are intended for other uses please contact us prior to ordering as other requirements such as the fabric being fire retardant and liability insurance may need to be addressed.
Payment - Orders are accepted on the basis of payment with order. Any refunds due on an order paid by Credit Card or PayPal account will be made to the Credit Card/PayPal account used.
Fabric Shade - Fabrics always vary slightly in shade from batch to batch. If a precise shade is critical, please ask for a sample when ordering, otherwise it can be assumed that the fabric samples supplied give a fair indication of shade.
Limitation of Liability - Our liability for any claim under a contract between us is limited to the order value. To the full extent allowed by the law we shall not be liable to use for any claim which may arise from the use of this website or its content.
Statutory Rights – Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights
